Finally Package From Germany Arrived

Sorry for keep you all waiting, today I finally manage to upload my photo to Blog-spot. Let don't waste more time :), let me show you what I received from Germany...

Thanks Nils, you keep me waiting for 2 months for the package, and I keep you waiting for my blog post for a month :P. I am so sorry that keep you and you all waiting for my post as well.

This is a special autograph from Original Jolly Mah Designer (They call it Jolly Mama) :D. I am going to frame this up and hang it up in my living room. I believe Jolly Mama also wish you say Hi to all the NICI fan out there..

In the package, there is 4 mini NICI friend come all the way across the land from Germany to Malaysia.. From the left to the right, first the farm cow (Classic!)!. Jolly Ben!. Edward The Horse! And last The Farm Pig.. All of them are classic NICI plush, it is kind of hard to find them in market now days.

This is something special which I never seen before, It is plastic cloth printed with Jolly Wolf Story.. I will get another snap shot next time to show how big is it. The story tell, Jolly Wolf wish to be friend with all the Jolly Sheep. But by the nature of the sheep, when they see a wolf they ran away. All the sheep are so afraid of wolf. Jolly Wolf feel so sad, and suddenly he figure out a good idea.. He go back home and make himself a sheep skin, and he wear it up to meet the fellow Jolly Sheep again. Finally Jolly Wolf manage to get along with all the Jolly Sheep happily ever after. (Jolly Wolf a wolf that don't eat Sheep :D)

Here is some official NICI merchandise plastic bag, there are few different type of design. I wish Malaysia NICI can have those for the consumers in Malaysia, at least it make NICI buyer feel special when they buy NICI products from them.

Poker Card which is not available in Malaysia :) Ohh.. My precious.! And another thing, the package been open by custom due to they suspect this is a cigarette box. (In Malaysia cigarette need to be tax), so they rip it open as you can see at the bottom picture.
It is kind of sad that I am not the first one to open the box, and I don't know is there anything else is missing inside as well since I don't have the check list :(.

All the 14 cards and the back side of the card are illustrated here. I am not going to open it yet :P

Finally the catalogs direct from Germany, there is 3 copy of them :) I am going to give away another 2 copy for the up coming gathering. I promised to share what I have in extra :)

I got some good news for all NICI Fans, there will be 2 new character "Big Bow" and "Mr Hobs"

The Big Bows looks like Jolly Mah Face Mix with TGI Tiger Nose.. And Hobs looks like Melinda Ants. I really wish NICI can do their Quality Check better this time, please make sure the new plush look like what the photo shown.. :) Else we NICI Fans going to bombard NICI Complain Department :D..

Seriously I love the Design of Bison.. For the Hobs, I think just another copy of Melinda..

But sadly not much of the shop selling Jolly Bob and Jolly Lovely.In the end I went back to Designer Greeting and get it.

I find this NICI Carrot hard to find, I consider this as an rare NICI collection :)

Today, I went to IOI Mall Puchong for my dinner... After my dinner, I went to Jasco to buy some grocery stuff, and suddenly something caught my attention. This product is under "Best Buy" category, they seriously mark down the price..

I only manage to buy 2 of the good in condition NICI 2006 products (FIFA 2006), well I know it is a very sad history for NICI in 2006. And I am not going to go thru that part of story..

I am impressed by the handmade art work done by NICI.. look at the product below, isn't it beautiful?

Let's not forget about this.. :) Photo Clipper, I know the lion doesn't looks cute as what we have in wild animal series. But look at the quality of the material they use, and workmanship in it.. :)

NICI Jolly Lovely - Bad QC

Good News! I finally found NICI Jolly Bob and Jolly Lovely in Malaysia, but sad news is.. The QC (Quality) of it is kind of bad :( I snapped few photo to explain.
Mouth Line: The mouth line suppose to be in "Y" shape, but it turn out to be funny "Y" shape. So please be careful of the mouth line here.

Mouth Line 2: Please compare the both top and bottom picture, you will see the top mouth line are slightly goes up (out of the mouth line track...) It is too obvious isn't it?

P/S: Come on NICI, you can make it better right? Please make sure of the QC department do their job properly..? Please make the QC Check Tag Mean some purpose there..

18 April 2010, I went to PIKOM PC Fair 2010 (the last day of the fair). I am actually looking forward for some best offer or deal of new laptop for my mom (Initially plan to get her iPad, but sadly it is not available in Malaysia yet) and sadly the fair turn my hope down :(.

PC-Fair nowadays are no longer selling their goods at the lower price compare to outside market. What they do this time are selling the laptop same price as market price (or RM 100 less) and they will bundle with lots of free gift (which is useless!, cheap and low quality mouse, headset, and notebook cleaner -_-") which I wont fall for that...

What actually caught my attention is this, one of the newly setup company call Hibikii using None-Genuine NICI Plush to do their road show. You can check the photo below.

The Cup Day (Mug Day)

I am so sorry that I didn't manage to update my blog lately, because I was too busy playing with my new iPhone :D.. Is there any iPhone App that allows me to update my blog?

As a NICI collectors, we don't just collect plush (soft toy). We also collect cups :), yes the cup we use to drink.. Sometimes, we have problem deciding what we should buy as a gift, or we don't know what our friends (or partner) wants. So now I found a solution :)

As you can see, a cup without words (or greetings) means nothing to a person.. but lets say, a cup with a nice picture design and greetings such as "Good Luck", "Happy Day", "Have a Nice Day", "Best Friends Forever"... and so on.. will bring up some mood or it will remind you of someone special.. (who gave you the gift).

So next time when the question "What Should I Buy For My Boy Friend / Girl Friend" pops out, think of a cup :). I believe a cup won't cost more than RM 50 (USD 15) right? So I think, we don't need to buy expensive gift, we save the money for better plans (like fine dining? special relaxing vacation? or ... Marriage Fund?).. Lets move on to my NICI Cups Collections..

Jolly Jomo Says "Anyone Can be a Good Cook"

So this 2 weeks, I am so busy with my new Cinema Projects and don't really have enough time to go out for dinner. So I make my some simple dish.. (Well I think, cooking myself waste more time as well..)

I found this marinade source quite useful, the mustard and honey bring up the taste of the meat, and the herbs giving additional helps too..

The way of preparing the meat are very simple, you just need to mix the marinade source with the meat (You must get fresh juicy meat, no matter beef or mutton). Marinade it for at least an hours, let the sweet taste get into the meat then you are ready to BBQ it.

Above is the end result :D, looks tasty right? haha..

I also grill some wild mushroom. (I use salt and black paper to marinade it)

My First Order From Singapore

On 10 March 2010, I received an email from Singapore requesting me to help her buy 20th Anniversary (4 of them) from Malaysia and a 25cm Hamster :).

This is my first time sending postage parcel to Singapore, well I am under estimated the posting cost.. Initially I budget it should be below 1kg but it turn out 1.2Kg.. lol. I use Pos Laju service to deliver it, so the cost of it is something like this.

500g -> 1KG = RM 45.00
1KG - 1.5KG = RM 60.00

Normal Package Mail will be much cheaper (around RM 24.90++ for below 1KG).

Since this is my first time doing this doing this business and I didn't do well in the cost estimation.... consider myself helping a nici fan a favor :).

p/s: Another thing, I don't earn any cent from buying the plush too..~ hehe.. And hope she will reply this post after she receive her parcel..

NICI - Wild Life - Gwen the Giraffe

When you go to National Zoo, you won't miss out this remarkable wild life animal :) that photo was taken at June 2008 a day trip to National Zoo in Malaysia. It is rather disappointed some how, there are not much of wild animals inside the Zoo..

Ok now we have the New NICI Giraffe, (I call it Version 2.0, lol) Compare to photo below :). It released by NICI together with Gorilla..
We will notice the texture is slightly different from the previous version, (I think they finally try to wipe out the China non-genuine products).
Take a look horn, it is diffrent from the previous version. I think it is time for our small giraffe grow up to be adult giraffe :D
Nice Hair :), and please take note at the skin pattern. do you notice all the brown pattern are join with the another half. So this is a tips for all the NICI collector out there, please try your best to find the best fitting skin pattern..

The design of it, looks very similar to the Duck.. so don't get them both confuse :)

3. 20th Anniversary Certificate (I found out the non-genuine version, they don't have the Certificate Tag)

Fake Minily Detected!!

Today I found out that SnJ Gift Shop is selling Fake Minily. Sorry for the poor quality photo, I am using my phone camera to take the photo... (The shop not allow any camera to be entered :( ).
They rebrand it to.. "Gambatte", but from the photo you can tell it is the Croc from NICI Minily..

NICI Farm Friend (Cow) and NICI Classic Turtle also sold here. Now you notice their Tag has been rebranded to "Gambatte", I think this is how they run away from getting sue by NICI.

Today we shall continue our unfinished topic, NICI 20th Anniversary. At this part 2, I am going to pick Mr Frog (Otto), let him introduce himself..

This is the complete series of NICI 20th Anniversary box-set overview (25cm come with Box and nice ribbon tide at the box.)

Front view of the box, very fine scratch art of Mr. Frog (Otto). It is cute and with an unique pattern design.

The back of the box stamped with golden frog :), it is a very fine box design specially for NICI Collectors, you won't be regret after you getting one of it.

Here is the Unique Ribbon design from 20th Anniversary for Mr. Frog (Otto).

Mr Frog (Otto) is holding his birth certificate, you can read the rest of the bio detail of Mr. Frog below. The only thing miss out here is Unique Serial No to identify on each of the birth certificate, then each of them will be unique for all the NICI collectors around the world :).

This time I get to have plastic NICI logo at the bottom of the leg. The cotton type NICI logo I think is for first early batch version, and this plastic NICI Logo is for the continues batch version

Oh ya, don't forget about Special Golden Tag. That is the signature of NICI 20th Anniversary Tag.

One more thing specially with Mr. Frog, :) he got the longest leg compare to all 3 of other 20th Anniversary friends... hehe.

Well, over here you see funny face which i circled with blue ink pen. Check carefully with the sewing part (face potion), you can see it some how out of line.

My conclusion on above picture, they both are not genuine NICI plush.

This is another real sample of Fake Hippo selling at some gift shop (They event have purple Hippo!)

Now the Snow Cat turn
Do you notice the Orange Tag? That Orange NICI Tag is actually Sample Product (Note: they do write a note there, "Do Not Sell" "Sample Product"). I saw it once before. I Hope NICI Official can help me clarify this :)

This is the actual Product NICI Tag, it is white in color.

My Conclusion on the NICI Show Cat is, the seller may be using the sample product given by NICI China Factory. And the product above are sample product.

Overall, I don't trust www.lfb-shop.com website is selling true genuine products. (at least 99% are non-genuine, except the 1% are sample... :D).

Anyway I still recommend buying from NICI Official outlet, or Cuddly Kingdom. The price will not be as cheap as you see it from the china website, but..! You can judge the quality by your own eye, and feel the touch of it.. :)

p/s: Malaysia NICI, hei! when are you going to bring all the latest NICI series to Malaysia? Singapore already have Gorilla, Racoon, Koala Bear, and .... some more! Why you Malaysia NICI are so slow in updating your own product?

NICI 20th Anniversary - Turtle - Part I

I am going to introduce a series of classic NICI collection :), I believe most of the NICI hard-core collectors should know about it.. In the year 2006, NICI is 20 years old :) (since 1986) and now + another 3 years = 23 years :D.

In the year 2006 they launched a series of NICI classic collections, they have 4 in total. Today I am going to show Part I, which is Mr. Turtle. I think this is the first NICI Classic character.. (Anyone can help me verify this?)

The Box / Packaging

The Difference

I notice there are 2 types of design (or I shall say 2 version of turtle)

First, at the bottom of the leg you will found a NICI Logo.. one of it is in plastic material, and another one is sow on it. I am not sure why there are 2 versions of it, I suspect that NICI Logo which sewn on the leg one from first batch, and the plastic material one is from the later batch.

Second, one of the tag with barcode, and another one is without barcode.

The Mini Booklet

For celebrating the 20th Anniversary of NICI, it come with a mini booklet as below.

And next I wont this as well (below). GBP 15.00 (RM 84.00), I think the price are reasonable.. but I am not sure about the condition of the soft toy yet... judging from the picture it looks quite good in condition, I just have to wait until I see the actual one..
:( Bad part.. Total Postal Service cost GBP 12.80 (RM 71.68), so in total I need to pay GBP 30.80 (RM 172.48) for both of them both to migrate from UK to Malaysia...

Christmas Jolly Mah, Christmas Carols (Movie)

Christmas is around the corner. I've been invited by my girl friend for a movie call Christmas Carols (3D version). She got it from Nuffnang Premiere Screening competition, :) see how lucky she is... Oh ya, the Movie Screening location is at The Curve, Cineleisure Damansara.

Since the Movie start at 9:30pm, and the movie tickets collection will start at 8:30pm.. and since we are kind of hungry, so we go over to IKANO Power Centre (IKEA Dining Area) to have our dinner :).

Today, I am going to share with you all a food call (擂茶). I can't really find the english word for it, even thru online. :( I only able to find the Chinese reading material about it. (click on this link, if you like to read more about it.)

The base is fill with brown rice, and the top are fill with at least 6 kinds of vegetables :). The combination of the vegetables are various depend on restaurant.

Day 1 : Kuching

Arrived at Kuching at 9:00am in the morning, damn not enough rest for last night +_+. Feeling kind of tired and dizzy after get off the plan. Thanks to Danny pick me from the airport.

This is what I found when I reach Star Cineplex office (Kuching, Pelita Medan).

There are 2 (fat) Garfield laying around the floor at the corner of the meeting room.
They really looks very lazy and (FAT).

Well, I am sure that Jolly Mah is having the fun staying on top of his head :D.

I check in my Hotel (Motel) like 5:00PM in the evening, I won't give a much good comment on this Hotel (Motel), well it is Old, kind of dusty, and I get a lousy towel. :(

Well Jolly Mah and I are very tired on that day, after I have a nice bath, I saw Jolly Mah lay on the bed and get a good rest before me. :D

Eh? what strange tag I have here? A NICI Quality Check Tag? It seem NICI Euro really done a good job in assuring their plush quality. This is my first time to see NICI quality checking tag, I don't see those in ASIA yet.

This is NICI Gorilla Milo, this is the second soft toy I fall in love with it. (First is Jolly Mah fore sure, I wont forget you all :3).

The thing I love about this Gorilla Milo,

1. The fur is smooth and soft (perfect for hugging)
2. The design of the palm and leg are in very good shape and it is much better quality than Monkey InLove series.
3. The Eye, It looks so innocent. Oh my.. It is like calling you to "Hug me please!!"

4. Lots of nice camera posting the can post.. He love photo shooting :D

Jolly Mah Spotted in Metro Jaya and Genting, and complaint

First of all, I wish all Muslims Selamat Hari Raya. Is their Holiday now :)

Ok now back to Jolly Mah Travels and Livings. ROFLOL.. :D

Few days before I going back to my hometown, I went to The Curve, Damansara. A place where food lover likes to go, "The Street" is the place for food hunting. After my lunch I go for my shopping, and I spotted Jolly Mah at Metro Jaya, The Curve (Toy Section). :D

I don't really like the NICI Cow, the design of it is totally out of fashion...

I suspect it been produce by some Hong Kong / China / Malaysia NICI Distributor for Chinese New Year 2009 (It is Cow year for 2009 in Chinese Horoscope). This particular products design are rush into market like a month before 2009 Chinese new year..

For my own personal opinion, I says NICI Asia distributor didn't do their marketing well. For an outsider view, they didn't do much on advertising on NICI products. I hardly find there is a guide online where to buy NICI Products, or how to buy online as well. (I don't mind start up a company to supply ASIA market demand on NICI Products, provided I get supports some fans and my own money :D).

What I can see in Asia is.. NICI Asia Distributor can't stop those Non-Genuine NICI Product "Flood" into market. Mainly those non-genuine NICI Products are came from China. For example this online trade website www.taobao.com (The language is in Chinese), in there you can find tons of non-genuine NICI Products selling online. Oh and yes, they claim all their NICI Products are ORIGINAL, but wait?!? Are you sure? I personally investigated few of the selling products, what I can say is .. there are 99% are FAKE (Non-Genuine). So before you want to purchase any thing from this China website think twice or many many times~! before you buying it.

I wish, I wish... NICI Asia can do something to stop all those non-genuine NICI Products Flood into the market..

I wish, I wish... NICI Asia can atleast promote their Genuine NICI Products on public....

I wish, I wish... NICI Asia can atleast IMPROVE their Products QC (Quality Check)...

Damn I forget to bang on their Quality Check issue, you all can refer back to Jolly Mah Liselle + How to Choose one. I mention about how bad the QC nowadays on NICI products, I mention about how to pick the "better" quality on workmanship on Jolly Mah Liselle..

I am using washing Machine to wash it, well for sure you need the washing net to protect it, in case of the string get hook by something then spoil the toy.

No Hot water washing, if you using cold water please dry it up as soon as you can.

Jolly Mah Gets Migrated

Last few day ago, I went to NICI outlet in One Utama. This is a snap shot on how they arrange their Jolly Mah on the rack. Nice and Tidy :) (I specially love their lighting)

Well now, take a look on my Jolly Mah rack snap shot. XD . hahaha.. It is really crowded like China. Well today I decided to migrate some of them to the bottom level of rack. :)

I seriously need to get a better rack for them :(, currently I am using some plastic cover to stick and cover side of my rack (to prevent some dust get into in).

When I walk in, I saw Jolly Mah Liselle finally arrived in Malaysia. But sadly, there is limited stock for Jolly Mah Liselle. There is only 3 left for 35 CM, and 3 left for 50cm.. 35CM one cost RM 89.90 :( expansive.. and 50cm one RM 139.90 cost even more.. >_<

Oh ya, I am going to show you how to choose the good quality Jolly Mah Liselle :).

Step 1: Check on the Hand Line, this is a bad example of hand line sew.. It surpose to be 50/50 line. but what you see here is 35/65? 30/70 line...

Step 2: Check on the mouth line as well, this is an bad example for the mouth line. You can see the line are out of the mouth shape..

Conclude: Well, what I can say is this batch of Jolly Mah Liselle qualities are not as good as the previous Orange Pull Over Jolly Mah. Jolly Mah Rosa also facing the same poor quality as Jolly Mah Liselle :(

Congratulation to Raquel. She completed the NICI Wild Animal Collection :D. She sent me an e-mail on 7 July 09, it already almost a month and I just post it up. Ow.. I am sorry Raquel, hope you don't mind about it :)

Today I check my old mail box (Hotmail) I found out that Richard from Cuddly Kingdom sent me an e-mail as well, I am so surprise, happy and honor :D. Today 1st August 2009, there is a Concert Amy Search at Bukit Kiara.. I been call up for stand-by (System Technical), I bring this 2 fellow Jolly Wolf and Jolly Mah along with me. For the whole day, they watching me doing work.. :o

If there is any ticket redemption can't be done in the normal way (they can't find the reference number or can't find in their system) then here will be counter. What I do just to trace customer transaction, just to make sure they ticket paid then issue tickets for them

Jolly Mah goes Mulu's Caves, Part I

Sarawak, Kuching. A town that full of cat figure like below :). I am here for 2 reason, 1 business trip, 2nd Holiday (well I am still receive alot of phone call everyday from morning until night time, aiks...)

Today we going to fly to Mulu to see the Mulu's Caves. It take around 30 minutes flight from Miri to Mulu. :3 Jolly Mah can't stand the heat inside the bag >_<, climbing out to get some fresh air.

First time Jolly Mah took photo with Blog owner :3 (kind of shy anyway >_<)

:3 on board now, lucky that got a window view that can see the jungle view on top of the plane. (Jolly Mah seem very happy about it :D)

Arrived at Mulu, that is the airplane we took from Miri to Mulu (first time using MAS Wings :) )

Jolly Wolf must come with whiskers no matter what. The one without whiskers are consider not genuine. I remember I saw super sized Jolly Wolf on eBay, and from some China website.

We Have to aware of none genuine NICI product from eBay, and others online-shops. If anyone need my help to identity the products, please do e-mail or post it in the comment. I will be happy to give a hand for NICI collectors :)

Anyway, last few day ago I just won the bid on eBay. I need to wait around 12 days to receive the item from post office :(. Total price I paid is RM 50.00 (USD 14.50, including postage), well I consider this is a cheap deal :D.

Lots of people are confuse between Jolly Wolf & Jolly Wolf Hugo. Eventually they both are 2 different character, Jolly Wolf is a Wolf who like to make friend with Jolly Mah (White Sheep), since all the sheep are scare of wolf, then the wolf so disappointed. Then he figure out an idea how to get close to the sheep, he go tailors himself a sheep suit wear it and make friend with Jolly Mah..

Jolly Wolf Hugo is Jolly Mah Rosa Partner :), well I don't have much detail of it.

Let me show you some pictures about the diffrence between both of them below :)

As you can see,

1. Bottom of the foot texture are different

2. Jolly Wolf Hugo has a small pocket at right side of suit (only 1 pocket)

3. Inside the Hood are different texture :)

4. Jolly Wolf Hugu with some hair on top of this head, Jolly Wolf doesn't has 1.

5. You may notice the NICI Tag design are different, on the left old design (before 2008), on the right new design (2009 onward).

6. You can tell the different from their face :)

Yesterday (11 June) I went to One Utama there to check out is there any new NICI Product arrive in Malaysia. (Well also help Sho and avi to find out the thing they looking for)

Sadly, there are no news about Jolly Mah Liselle :(

Sho: There is no Honey & Chocolate in NICI Malaysia, what I know about Honey & Chocolate Bear is belong to NICI Classic.

Avi: If you wish to get Angel & Evil (Genuine one) you need to go to Singapore and buy it. The one selling in Malaysia are non-Genuine.

Below is what I got for myself on that day :) The price for this mug cost (RM 36.90). There is nothing special over this mug, the only thing attracted me to buy is the Jolly Mah cartoon drawn on the mug. Take a look below, hope you enjoy the art work of it.

Oh ya, I still can't figure out who is the drawer for Jolly Mah. Anyone know about it? What I know is every each of the art work, there is always a "(c) Nici" that sign on it.

FAKE! Reason:

Weird pinky color, never see a pink jolly mah like tat before.
They using bad quality of meterial.

Look at below picture carefully, you will see some wild animal stationary box, wild animal tissue box and a Jolly Wolf bolster (looks real, but material still not reach the standard)

This is very close to Original Monkey Love Series, but they miss out the magnet in their hand. :D Another thing is.. the monkey nose are wrong, it not suppose to be that big

How to choose a "Right" Jolly Wolf?

Today I am going to show you how to choose a right Jolly Wolf :), firstly I like to apologize that I didn't update my blog for around a week due to my work load. :( A lots of projects in hand need to settle with.

Well, let get back to the topic. This is Nici Jolly Wolf, he is one of my favorite character in NICI series. It just give a sense of "Wild" but "Innocent". :3

I start to get use to this presentation method. hahaha.. I creating a quality checklist for you all :)

Quality Checklist
1. Jolly Wolf come with this kind of material, look carefully
2. Some little fur, it won't same as no. 5

3. Don't forget Jolly Wolf got 2 tiny teeth ^;..;^
4. Check the rob string

5. Material similar to genuine NICI Jolly Mah body part material

6. This just to remain you about the fur quality

7. This part is important, the hob sewing quality. Make sure the sewing are not out of the line.

1. The legs joining part of Jolly Wolf. We should really look into this, the sewing part between the legs and the body play an important part of the quality. I believe you won't like your jolly wolf without legs, or you found a pair a legs but you don't know who they belong to. Just make sure the sew job are well done.
2. This is another sewing part we should look at carefully. Lots of people complain the sewing part are loosen or even sewing line are break and all the cotton came out... then end up, we got a thin Jolly Wolf :(

Ah.. Lastly, the tail potion :) make sure it is nicely sew as well. I don't want my Jolly Wolf lost his tail... hehe..

To make thing simple, let start it this way :D

1. The eyes position are correct, you should snap another side view photo so we can verify the head shape of it :) by this photo, I can say it is Original!
2. Nose and mouth sewing line are tight and form a nice line :D Original!
3. Hand sewing line, well if possible I like to have a close up snap shot on it. give it 50% from this view.. hehe.
4. 100% Correct Material :D

This is one of my old collection :) Jolly Wolf Mug with spoon. This is one of my birthday present given by my friend before. I used it mug once before, on the birthday celebration. She specially arrange the restaurant waiter to serve the drink with this mug to surprise me.

Well first time I saw they serve the drink with Jolly Wolf mug, I kind of feeling weird. I was like "huh?, since when this Japanese food restaurant serve drinks with this kind of mug?". Then after a few blink of eye, then I realize that "ooo.... is my friend surprise present for me, ouch how unobservant I am :("

If you ask me, which character you like the most between Jolly Wolf and Jolly Wolf Hugo. Well I will say Jolly Wolf (white), I still feel the original Jolly Wolf nicer. :)

Those cups and super sized mug looks very beautiful and cute. I am targeting that 2 big mug, if my financial status allow I will go grab both of them :D. It cost around RM 54.90 each, well it is kind of expansive but for keeping as collection is not a bad choice :)

Fake NICI Product Part II

Last few day ago I am surfing eBay for anybody selling NICI products.. I come across with this sell page, the title is "75cm Nici Jolly Mäh - Schaf "Jolly Rosa" mit Blume".

As NICI plush collector we should know few thing in mind,

1. Know your plush size range. Normally NICI plush come out with size like 15cm, 25cm, 35cm and 50cm. Sometime they will have other range of sizes.

2. Check on Jolly mah "mouth line" and "hand / finger line"

For the example link above (refer address: click here)

70cm Jolly Mah Rosa for sales as stated on the title, as i recall I never see over 50 cm of Jolly Mah Rosa before. Even in the Nici online catalog shop they didn't show they have 70cm Jolly Mah Rosa.

Another proof that item mostly from China

Well~, what you know? Seller stated from Canada, but item suspected in China. I can see few benefit that this seller looking into.

1. Earn extra money from posting cost, they target Asian buyer and force them to come out with higher postage cost (logically to be send from Canada to my country example). But eventually they can send the item from China instance from Canada. So imagine cost of sending item from Canada is GB22.75 compare to sending item from China to Asian country (believe to be cheaper). Hope you all see the difference here.

Fake NICI Product Part I

Today let see what are those fake NICI plush, this is what my friend gave me last year.. It look kind of funny, it is a sheep under the wolf skin. :D

Since we have Wolf under the Sheep skin, then now they have Sheep under the Wolf skin.

Quality of this plush is kind of bad, it is not soft, the face shape is kind of weird, nose line are totally out, and the material they use are poor.

Please take a look on their mouth line. As you can see, it is not form in a straight line. The line gab are too much.

Above is another example how fake Jolly Mah looks like, the nose and mouth line are poorly created compare to below picture (original Nici Plush).

So see the diffrent yet? :)

Before I post this post, there is another thing I like to highlight for you all. We knew that Jolly Wolf only available on size 15cm, 25cm and 35 cm right? In the China and Hong Kong market they claim to have larger size.. 50cm, 60cm, 70cm and even 120cm.. just beware of them.. those may not be Original from Nici.

This is my girl friend favorite bear, this bear is like a substitute partner. She talk to 'him', cry to 'him', hug 'him' to sleep, etc.. I wonder does she throw or punch the bear as well when she angry? 0_o

As promised last few days, I post up the Jolly Mah Blue I brought from eBay last month. I just received the item on 2 Apirl, and they just pack in the bag shown at below. It cost GB 3.40 + GB 7.00 (Posting).

This is how he looks :) Colour wise, I still prefer the pink colours one..

Well I don't understand what is in the tag, but I can guess is their NICI contact office near Israel. This is something new to me, never seen this tag before..

Now Jolly Mah white (20cm) has a new friend Jolly Mah blue (20cm) :D

Last week before I went back to my home town, I go to NICI retail shop at One Utama to hunt for Jolly Wolf Hugo or any new arrival.

Well sadly I can't find Easter Rabbit or Jolly Wolf Hugo yet.. I think I still have to wait another month.

I done some chit chat with the shop-keeper and ask can I have any of those NICI Label sticker or not (same as those they post on the rack one). Well guess what, I am so lucky that they have extra and willing to give away for me. :D

NICI AG is trying hard to promote their products as German Brand, the reason I can guess of is because there is alot of people think NICI Product is from China.

Why we think that NICI is from China?

Reason 1: Label says Made in China

Reason 2: China & Taiwan is flooeded with none-genuine NICI Products.

Reason 3: I think NICI AG didn't do well in advertising in ASIA-Pasific, I don't even know what happen to NICI AG lately.

This (Jolly Mah) still is my favorite :D

This is the notification note send by POS Malaysia for asking you goto Post Office to collect your package.
The date is stated 10 March which mean when they process this notification. Package collectable date is dated from 11 March to 26 March (2 weeks of time to collect the package, if you don't collect the package they will send it back to sender)

This is what I collect from Post Office.

At here, we can clearly see that the package is sent out form UK on 2nd March.

The package released by Malaysia Kastam on 5 March, so it actually mean it might reach Malaysia before 5 march.

Well recall from when I receive my notification, it is dated 11 March. It took at least 6 days from Malaysia Kastam to POS Malaysia. I wonder why they have to take so long time to deliver to POS Malaysia.

On 13 March, I received this notification. Asking me to collect a package from POS Malaysia Office. Well it is expected to arrive soon :D... but sadly, he can't make it on my birthday (12 March) :(

So on the next morning (14 March) I drove to the post office and collect it and this is what i received.

Well, this is Monkey Love Series for valentine days. Well few thing I like to comment about this monkey,

1. The monkey is make from high quality material for sure, compare to RUSS product Gogila Love I still prefer NICI Monkey Love.

2. Very creative that they put magnet on both of their hand, so their hand can stick on each other or stick on the metal cupboard :D.

3. More cute and cartoon like than RUSS (RUSS Soft Toy slogon is "Russ Make People Happy", but I think all their soft toys looks like making people more sad. haha..)

4. Very cute and creative Photo Clipper Design, even the price is abit over price but still worth for getting it. I like the one both hugging each others look very lovely and warm.

Ha.. Well that is very trueful confession of a shopaholic.. my confession will be

As monsterloi says "there are 1 pink, 1 light blue, another one is white but the face is brown, and another with black face".

Well ya, as I found out that there are 4 types of them. 1 pink jolly mah down, 3 more to go :D. Hope anyone know where to buy it, please do let me know how to get the rest of them.

Another thing, thanks to Raquel for the mobile game. Hehe.. cute & lovely, I will going to put it up after i upload it to my file server :)

Thanks for Jared Smith tips, last time i do remember NICI.de is doing discount on their product online. They do sell colourful ship that time, but that time I never think of buying online until now.. :P

Secondly, I heard there are some bad news about NICI company in pass few years... :(

Yesterday, I found this on eBay... :3 I think there is 2 colors, 1 is blue, another one this color

It really make my heart itchy want to own it. They place this item for auction, and there is another bider try to compete with me.

Well in the end I won the bid with GBP 11 + 3.95 posting fee. In total is GBP 14.95 equal to RM 80.80 . Consider this as my this year Birthday present.. :)

NICI - 35cm Jolly Wolf in Action

Well, let me answer that question.

15 cm - I think is too small, you can't hug it, but you can only display it on your table. Price wise not worth it.

25 cm - I can say, this size looks cute. You can see the picture below, all of them are 25cm.

35 cm - This one nice for hugging :D, nice for deco, and looks nice in figure..
